Craniosacral Therapy

What is it?

Craniosacral therapy is a light-touch therapy that provides relief from chronic symptoms that occur when stress, injury or disease overwhelm the body’s ability for self-healing.

Who's it for?

The therapy can be of great benefit to people in every stage of life: pregnant mothers, babies, children, teenagers, adults and the elderly.

“I recommend craniosacral therapy for all newborn moms and babes-regardless of mode of birth.

Craniosacral is gentle and noninvasive while effectively restoring balance and alignment to newborns especially those with feeding, sleeping or digestive challenges.

Therese provides a calm reassuring presence that is invaluable in the first days after birth especially for first time parents.”

Integrative Baby Therapy

What is it?

Babies can have unresolved issues around their births which can be manifested in feeding and sleep issues, colic and inconsolable crying.

Integrative therapy helps resolve some of the issues the baby is experiencing.

Who's it for?

Babies, as well as toddlers and older children with learning difficulties, sleep and behaviour issues.

I regularly referred children to Therese and the feedback I received from parents was always positive and often glowing.

She made a profound difference to many children and families. Her support was delivered with sensitivity and kindness;  essential qualities when working with vulnerable children.

Distant Craniosacral Therapy

What is it?

Distant healing is another way to receive therapy.

Many patients love the healing opportunity in the safety and comfort of their own home

Who's it for?

The therapy can be of great benefit to people in every stage of life: pregnant mothers, babies, children, teenagers, adults and the elderly.

Years of hours long daily practice and rehearsals leave their mark, and musicians and performers seek therapeutic healing which revives not just their muscles, but nurtures their resilience and inner calm.

Craniosacral sessions with Therese were a vital support during periods of up to five hours a day of intense playing, teaching and rehearsing.

I particularly appreciated her dedication to resolving longer term tension issues, and taking time within a session for processes to come to their natural end.

Therese invited me to experience distance cranio and we were both impressed with the effectiveness using merely voice guidance in real time.

Therese’s presence is empathic, considerate and professional and I highly recommend her therapy both in person and for online appointments.
